We have many overseas clients who are doing business with china suppliers and ship the goods directly to their customers, we assist our overseas clients to set up a hong kong company and manage the shipment with the instruction from them.

Our overseas clients can monitor the bank account through the internet banking. In this respect, the hong kong company may not subject to profits tax if the trading income are not arising in or derived from hong kong.

Furthermore, there is no exchange control, remittance control or any restriction for remittance inward or outward. You can transfer your profits by means of dividend or retain the profits in hong kong for further investment.

Company secretary

Company secretary is a position required by the hong kong government. In allowing a company to enjoy status of limited liability, the government requires sufficient information be available for public search. Company secretary's duty is to keep proper statutory record and report to the government as required. The duty should not be confused with that of a general secretary.



Registered office address

Using home address may not be best for your business development. Or you need trustworthy professional to handle mail when you are not in hong kong. You can use our address as registered address, including in letterhead, name cards and we can handle your mail. Extra charge applicable for re-delivery of received mail and parcel. For business with substantial amount of mail, another fee package will apply.

For a hong kong company setup, we shall need from you three (3) names (chinese & english) to search with the companies registry. Procedures will take 8-10 working days. And, please provide us with the particulars like name and address (with valid address proof please) for the director and/or shareholder.

For company setup itself, we could courier the necessary documents for you to sign and return. So no need to come physically.

However, for bank account opening, the bank needs to meet with you and witness your signatures (both the director and the authorized signer) during the application here. So your presence is/are required. Normally, hongkongbank's basic requirements are:

1. Personal particulars for verification, i. E. Passport copy, valid residential proof like electricity bills, etc.
2. Valid postal address in hong kong which we would be pleased to offer our service to you in a package.
